New Parking Structure Survival Guide




The newest parking structure on campus in Lot 11 holds 1400 spaces.The parking structure will be available for parking on the first day of the Fall 2006 semester. All you need is a valid CSULB parking permit to park there. The parking structure has 4 levels. The new structure is located off Palo Verde Avenue. Follow the temporary signs to enter. However, there is no carpool parking available. Carpool parking is available in the adjacent surface lot, Lot 11C with a valid CSULB carpool permit.

The Campus Connection Shuttle will pass by the new structure. There are 2 new shuttle stops located near the elevators and exits. Citizens can catch the shuttle across from the structure: close to the elevators and exits. Anyone can park in the parking structure with a valid CSULB parking permit. Disabled parking is available on level one.

The best way to get to the Structure is to enter from Palo Verde Avenue. The best way to exit from the Structure is to exit to Palo Verde and turn RIGHT. Turn Left on Anaheim. Turn Right on Studebaker. Follow the signs to major freeways: 405, 605, 22. The best way to I enter the freeways is to exit structure to Palo Verde and turn RIGHT. Turn Left on Anaheim. Turn Right on Studebaker. Follow the signs to major freeways: 405, 605, 22. You cannot drive through the service road next to the Structure. The service road is for the shuttle and official state vehicles only. You may not drive through or park there at any time.
