CSULB Summer Construction
This summer gate arms will be added this summer to Lot 6.
Lot 8 will be closed until early 2011 due to PH3 replacement (Hall of Science Project.)There will be a Hall of Science Project on East Campus Drive so expect delays as concrete trucks/pumps will be in and out of construction area. Parking and Access Services will be working in the summer to make more general parking spaces available. Cal State Long Beach is reviewing their the school’s space inventory, meter usage, and carpool stalls in order to improve the school’s services to citizens on campus.
Cal State Long Beach is always crying broke. If the school is so broke why are we doing construction updates and getting new MAC computers in our computer labs? It does not add up. Something does not make sense. The students and their parents are constantly adding to the collection plate of Cal State Long Beach to see little results.
Construction management provides services such as building inspections, project management, estimating costs for projects, management during the construction phase and notifying areas affected by construction projects.
